An account can show good numbers and still lose money. The audit tells you which of the two you are looking at.
The metrics displayed are the platform's metrics. A flattering conversion rate can rest on a poorly defined conversion, a low cost per lead can hide leads you can't reach, and a rising impression share can simply mean you are paying more for the same position. The audit puts these numbers back in context.
What you are really paying for
The search terms you are billed for, including those unrelated to your business, and the share of the budget they represent. It is almost always the first place to save money.
Conversion tracking health
A broken tag or a poorly declared conversion skews everything that follows, including the algorithm's decisions. We check what is measured, how, and since when.
Lead quality, not lead volume
A lead without a phone number is not a lead. We separate the leads you can actually reach from those that merely inflate the statistics.
An independent opinion
The audit does not assume you will hand the account over to us afterwards. The report is yours, even if you stay with your current provider.
What's included
Do you need to give us admin access?
No. Read-only access is enough for an audit. Write access is only needed if you later decide to entrust us with the day-to-day decisions.
What happens if the audit finds nothing?
You find that out, and it is useful information. A healthy account that has hit a ceiling can't be fixed inside Google Ads: the problem lies upstream, in the landing page or the offer.
Can you audit an account managed by another agency?
Yes, that is the most common case. The audit is read-only, changes nothing, and does not interrupt the current management.
