Consumers: Right of Withdrawal & Mediation

Last updated: November 2026

1. Who is this page for?

This page applies to any person who purchases a UNYX offer as a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes that fall outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity).

Certain UNYX offers are reserved for business customers (Dashboard, Copilotage and Délégation subscriptions, Leest and AI Agents solutions, Google Ads management, Relay affiliation, audit follow-up plans, payment in ten monthly instalments for the Website Redesign + free CRM offer): subscribing to them involves a declaration of professional status, and these provisions do not apply to them. The offers available to consumers are in particular: the complete digital audit (one-off payment), UNYX Academy and the ordering of a UNYX Archétypes website.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

2.1. For any contract concluded at a distance, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw, without having to give any reason (article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation). For service contracts and digital content, the period runs from the date the contract is concluded.

2.2. How to exercise it: by sending us, before the period expires, an unequivocal statement to [email protected] (or by post to our registered office), for example using the model form below. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.

2.3. Refund: we will refund all sums paid to you no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as the one you used (unless you expressly agree to a different means).

3. Exceptions and immediate performance

3.1. Digital content supplied immediately (e.g. complete audit report, UNYX Academy training content): if you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that supply will cause you to lose your right of withdrawal, that right can no longer be exercised once performance has begun (article L221-28, 13° of the Code de la consommation). This express consent is requested through a dedicated checkbox at the time of payment.

3.2. Service fully performed before the end of the period, with your express agreement: the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (article L221-28, 1°).

3.3. Service begun at your request, followed by withdrawal before full performance: you remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service already supplied, calculated on a pro rata basis (article L221-25).

4. Model withdrawal form

You may copy the template below (annex to article R221-1 of the Code de la consommation) and send it to us by email:

À l'attention de UNYX, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, [email protected]

I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the provision of services set out below:

• Ordered on: [date] • Name of consumer: [name] • Address of consumer: [address] • Signature (only if this form is notified on paper) • Date: [date]

5. Consumer mediation

5.1. In the event of a dispute, first send a written complaint to UNYX ([email protected]). If the complaint is not resolved within a reasonable time, you may, within a maximum period of one year from the date of your complaint, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator with whom UNYX is registered (articles L612-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation):

SMP, Société de la Médiation Professionnelle Médiation de la consommation, Alteritae 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France Website: www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr Online referral: request mediation

5.2. The mediator may only be seized if a prior complaint to UNYX has been attempted. Mediation is an amicable preliminary step: it does not deprive you of the right to bring the matter before a court.

6. Statutory guarantees

For digital content and services supplied to a consumer, UNYX is liable for lack of conformity under the conditions of articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, as well as for latent defects under the conditions of the Code civil. For any request under these guarantees: [email protected].
