Many AI offers are wrappers: an interface around a model, and nothing underneath. Others claim to have built everything, which is false the moment a language model is involved. The honest answer is given line by line.
What we wrote
- The audit engine: site analysis, scoring, report generation. Our rules, our scale, our code.
- The agent control layer: what checks, before an action goes out, that it breaks nothing, crosses no threshold and touches no protected item. It is our most important piece, and the least visible.
- The agents themselves: their scope, their tools, their instructions, their working memory, the way they report.
- The client platform: client area, project tracking, invoicing, role based permissions, activity log.
- The site generator and its block editor.
- The publishing chain: server side pre-rendering for search engines, an index aimed at artificial intelligences, automated checks before going live.
What we rent, and could lose
- Language models. We do not build them. It is the sector's strongest dependency, ours included.
- Hosting and the database. Replaceable, but not in a day.
- Payment, email, telephony. Market standards, interchangeable at the cost of integration work.
- Advertising platform interfaces. We depend on them entirely, and they change without asking us.
What happens if a vendor disappears
That is the real question, and it is prepared beforehand, not afterwards. Our agents are written so as not to assume a single model vendor: changing models is a setting, not a rewrite. Our data lives in a standard PostgreSQL database, fully exportable. Our code uses no closed proprietary format.
That said, we will not pretend a change of model vendor would be painless: behaviour changes, settings have to be redone, quality has to be re-checked against reference examples. That is precisely why we keep those examples.
The right question is not "is it proprietary", but "what still stands if a vendor shuts down tomorrow".
And what belongs to you
Everything we build for you. The code, the instructions, the knowledge bases, the documentation, the data, and the accounts of the services used, which are in your name. We do not resell AI consumption: calls leave from your access, you see what it costs and you can switch it off. The detail is in the article on ownership.
