Special Terms: UNYX AMP, Microdrama Production
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Preamble
UNYX, a French single-member private limited company (Société à responsabilité limitée à associé unique, EURL) with share capital of EUR 1, registered with the RNE under SIREN number 100 489 004, whose registered office is located at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, represented by its Manager Michaël Haim Chiche (hereinafter "UNYX"). Contact: [email protected].
These special terms supplement the General Terms of Sale and Use ("General Terms") as well as the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy available at unyx.studio. In the event of any conflict, these special terms prevail for the offer they govern. Matters they do not address remain governed by the General Terms.
These special terms apply to the services of design and production of microdramas and short-form video fiction offered under the brand UNYX AMP (AI Microdrama Production), in particular on the page unyx.studio/amp: cinematic teaser, pilot episode and full series.
Article 1. Restriction to professionals
This offer is reserved for professionals subscribing for the purposes of their business activity. By subscribing, the Client declares that it acts as a professional and not as a consumer. The right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply to the subscription. UNYX may request any proof of the Client's professional status.
Article 2. The packages
2.1. Cinematic teaser: a short video presenting the tone, the characters and the premise of a story, preceded by a creative framing phase, a short script proposal and an art direction.
2.2. Pilot episode: a first edited episode, with narrative development, reference characters and the framing of a possible continuation.
2.3. Full series: the production of a number of episodes chosen by the Client, with a narrative bible and a visual bible. A series is ordered after a pilot episode produced by UNYX for the same universe; online ordering of a series is reserved to the e-mail address that paid for that pilot.
2.4. The length of the videos, the format (vertical 9:16 or other), the language, the number of characters and the level of detail are determined during the framing phase (Article 5), within the limits of the package ordered. Any request exceeding these limits is subject to an additional quote, accepted in writing before it is carried out.
Article 3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices are displayed in euros exclusive of tax; VAT at the prevailing rate is added at the time of payment. As of the date of these special terms: Cinematic teaser €199.99 excl. VAT; Pilot episode €299.99 excl. VAT; Full series €59.99 excl. VAT for the first episode, with the price of each subsequent episode being 2.5% lower than that of the previous episode, without falling below €39.99 excl. VAT per episode. The total price of a series is the price displayed at the time of ordering for the number of episodes chosen.
3.2. The price is payable in full upon ordering, by bank card or by the means offered on the secure payment page (Stripe). The instalment payment option offered by Klarna is subject to a separate contract between the Client and Klarna, on Klarna's terms and subject to its approval; UNYX receives the full price and is not a party to this financing.
3.3. An invoice is issued in the Client's name once payment has been made. The applicable prices are those in force on the date of the order; UNYX may change them at any time for future orders.
Article 4. Formation of the order
The order becomes binding upon confirmation of payment. By placing its order, the Client acknowledges that it has read these special terms and the General Terms and accepts them without reservation.
Article 5. Project framing
5.1. After the order, UNYX contacts the Client at the e-mail address used for payment in order to frame the project: objective, audience, genre, characters, tone, format, language and any materials provided by the Client.
5.2. The Client provides the necessary information and materials as promptly as possible. The production schedule is established at the end of the framing phase and depends on the Client's responsiveness during the validation stages. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the lead times communicated are indicative.
5.3. If the Client fails to respond to UNYX's requests for three (3) consecutive months, the order is deemed performed as it stands and the sums paid remain acquired by UNYX, except in the event of fault on the part of UNYX.
Article 6. Validations and revisions
6.1. Production follows validation stages: characters and visual universe, script or breakdown, then video. Each stage is submitted to the Client before the next one begins.
6.2. For each stage, the Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions included, submitted in writing and in a consolidated manner. Additional requests, or those that call into question an element already validated, are subject to an additional quote.
6.3. A stage is validated by the Client's written approval (e-mail or message) or, failing a response, ten (10) business days after it is submitted. An element that has been validated may no longer be challenged without an additional quote.
Article 7. Production assisted by artificial intelligence
7.1. The content is produced using generative artificial intelligence systems (images, video, voice, sound), under the direction and control of a human team. The details are set out in the AI Charter; Article 12 bis of the General Terms applies.
7.2. The Client acknowledges that these systems produce results that may vary from one generation to the next. UNYX uses a visual bible and character references to preserve as far as possible the continuity of faces, outfits and sets between shots and episodes, without being able to guarantee a perfect match in every detail.
7.3. The examples, development visuals and creations presented on the offer page illustrate an art direction and a targeted level of finish; they do not constitute a commitment to reproduce them identically.
7.4. UNYX is bound by an obligation of best efforts (obligation de moyens). It guarantees neither audience, nor number of views, followers or sales, nor the acceptance of the content by a distribution platform.
Article 8. Delivery and acceptance
8.1. Deliverables are provided as digital files (video in MP4 format and, if the framing so provides, subtitles and format variants), by download link or shared space. Sound is delivered as defined during framing.
8.2. The Client has ten (10) business days from delivery to notify in writing any manifest non-conformity with the validated framing (technical defect, validated element missing). UNYX will then correct the justified points. Failing any reservation within that period, the delivery is deemed accepted.
Article 9. Materials provided by the Client
9.1. The Client warrants that it holds all rights and authorisations necessary in respect of the materials it provides or asks to have incorporated: texts, scripts, trademarks, logos, images, videos, music, voices, as well as the image, name or voice of any person.
9.2. The Client undertakes not to request the depiction of an identifiable real person, the imitation of that person's voice or appearance, or the use of a protected work (lyrics, melody, recording, excerpt, character) without the written authorisation of the rights holder, which the Client shall provide to UNYX on request.
9.3. The Client shall indemnify and hold UNYX harmless against any claim or action by a third party based on the materials it has provided or on a request made in breach of this Article, and compensates UNYX for the resulting consequences.
Article 10. Rejected content
UNYX may refuse or interrupt any production whose content would be unlawful, defamatory, hateful, of a sexual nature involving a minor, infringing the rights of a third party, or misleading as to the artificial nature of content depicting a real person. In the event of refusal before production begins, the price is refunded; in the event of interruption during production attributable to the Client, the sums paid remain acquired by UNYX up to the amount of the work carried out.
Article 11. Exploitation rights
11.1. Subject to payment of the price in full, UNYX assigns to the Client, on an exclusive basis, the economic rights it holds in the final deliverables ordered: rights of reproduction, of communication to the public and of adaptation (editing, subtitling, dubbing, format variants), for all media and modes of distribution known as of the date of these special terms, including social networks, video platforms, advertising and television, worldwide and for the full legal term of copyright protection.
11.2. The Client is informed that copyright protection for elements produced by an artificial intelligence system is uncertain under the current state of the law. UNYX assigns only the rights it holds and does not guarantee that copyright subsists in each generated element.
11.3. The following remain the property of UNYX: its methods, tools, software, generation instructions (prompts), models and undelivered preparatory materials. The characters and universes created for the Client are not reused by UNYX for any other client.
11.4. Music and voices. Unless otherwise stated during framing, no commercial music is included. Any music, sound library or synthetic voice used is either original or used under a licence whose scope is communicated to the Client. No voice imitating a real person is produced.
11.5. Unless the Client objects in writing at the time of the order, UNYX may cite the Client's name and present excerpts of the deliverables as a commercial reference, after their first public release by the Client.
Article 12. Distribution by the Client
The Client is solely responsible for the distribution of the deliverables and for compliance with the rules of the platforms it uses. It undertakes to comply with the disclosure obligations applicable to content generated or modified by artificial intelligence, in particular those of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and of the distribution platforms, and to identify as such any branded content or product placement.
Article 13. Cancellation
13.1. The Client may cancel its order in writing as long as framing has not begun: the price is then refunded in full.
13.2. Once framing has begun, the order may no longer be cancelled and the sums paid remain acquired by UNYX, except in the event of a serious breach by UNYX of its obligations.
Article 14. Liability
UNYX's liability, on all grounds combined, is limited to the amount, exclusive of tax, actually paid by the Client for the order concerned. UNYX is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, audience, reputation or opportunity), nor for the decisions of distribution platforms.
Article 15. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential the unpublished information, scripts, plots and materials of the other party of which it becomes aware in connection with the order, for the duration of production and for two (2) years after delivery, unless authorised in writing or unless made public by the party entitled to them.
Article 16. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with the order and the quote request are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 17. Governing law and jurisdiction
French law. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de commerce de Paris) has exclusive jurisdiction between merchants; otherwise, the courts within whose jurisdiction UNYX's registered office is located, to the extent permitted by law.
